ATLANTA, Sept. 1, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc. announced today that the General Services Administration has renewed its lease at 3100 Clarendon Blvd in Arlington, VA on behalf of the Department of Defense (DOD). The DOD agency, which has occupied space in the building for the past 11 years, will continue its tenancy in 221,084 SF through 2018.

The tenant was represented by Henry Chapman of CB Richard Ellis. Piedmont Office Realty Trust, owner of the property, was represented by Marcy Owens Test of Jones Lang LaSalle and Ken Mulrane of Piedmont.
